While you can always expect this to be the most creative of fashions using the least amount of fabric, this year it's built right into our theme.Norman Rockwell & Sabado tag-team early in the night as Erge returns to his prime-time slot with Marcus Shadden taking us home. This year we also add a BEST CARVING competition alongside the BEST COSTUME contest. Bring your best carved pumpkin to reap in even more of the festivity's free giveaways.
