It's the Friday night of phunk featuring the best in all that is hip hop. It's the night that for almost 8 months gave something different to River North, flavor. It is a neighborhood family of party-goers that share one love for music. On October 28th, it is the only Halloween party to encourage you to come for the festivity, not for the frill. We will not be expecting you to plan all month for an elaborate costume contest. For the people that choose to spend 3 minutes to mummify themselves before they do come out, we have prizes! However don't expect $5,000 in prizes or trip to an exotic destination. You would be lucky to get a $5 value meal to a destination down the block. That being said, we do expect everyone to value the prizes awarded. Being our very first Halloween Recession Party, we are excited to see what people create without cracking open the piggy bank. We will also have prizes to all originally cheap costumes!You only get one night to truly be this creative with your attire. Why waste it buying something you can never wear again? Special thanks to the hundreds that made our finale at Teaze colossal, however your fix for the phunk and all things hip hop need not take a break.
